1) Adhar Card
2) Income Certificate of Father in original (Upto 6 lakh for all category except SC/ST)
3) Admission Receipt Xerox
4) 10th Or last year mark sheet Xerox
5) Cast Validity Certificate
6) Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
7) Saving Account in Nationalized Bank
8) Passport size photo – 03
9) Gap Certificate (If required)
10) Death Certificate (If parent is no more)
11) 72% attendance compulsory otherwise not eligible for scholarship
12) Application in the prescribed format with all necessary documents attached
