Krantiveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar Central Library

The central library of K. K. Wagh Arts, Commerce, Science & Computer Science College, Bhausaheb Nagar, (Pimplas,Ramache )Tal.Niphad, Dist.Nashik was established in the year 2004-05. It is renamed as ' Swatantrayveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar Central Library in 2015 & Central Library built up area is 2056 Sq.mtr. Since then library has made consistent progress in the terms of collection of books, periodicals, CD's services and infrastructure provided.  Library is administered by the Librarian,Mr. Sagar Patil and 01 Library Attendants with the help of  Library Advisory Committee.

 Our library is continuously serving to the students, teaching and non-teaching staff of the college with following mission, vision and objectives

Mission :

To educate and train Common masses through undergraduate,post graduate by inculcating the values for disciplineS,quality and transpency career development for employment,therefore contributing to the development of society.

Vision :

Considering the mission, our library strives to

1. Build better collection of resources across the formats to cater information needs of user community.

2.Promote the use of resources to help the users to achieve their educational goals.

3.Provide various services and adopt strategies to enhance use resources of the library.

4.Offer personal assistance to select and use the information.

5.Create healthy environment for the students to study.

OBJECTIVES

1. To develop balanced collection of information resources to cater the information     needs of clientele

 2. To build collection complementary to competitive exams to provide competitive     edge to students

 3. To provide innovative services to the users to help them to achieve their academic   goals

  4. To adopt new technologies to improve the library services

  5.  To provide better and timely access to the resources available in the library

  6. To provide more and more access to the e-resources through Internet.

ABOUT LIBRARAY INCHARGE

Mr. Sagar Patil 

He obtained his  UG (B.Sc.Botany) from K.T.H.M.College,Gangapur Road,Nashik.and  UG (B.Sc.Chemistry) from L.V.H.College,Panchavati,Nashik.in 1998 and 1999. He  has completed B.Lib. & Information Science from M.J.College,Jalgaon.He joined (2005) the K.K.Wagh Arts, Commerce, Science ,Computer Science College, Bhausahebnagar Tal.Niphad ,Dist Nashik was established in the year 2004-05. It is renamed as' Krantiveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar Central Library  in 2015.
