The late Hon. Shri. Balasaheb Devram Wagh alias Bhau (1932-2022) was born in the legendary family of Padmashri Karmaveer Kakasaheb Wagh.
He was an Agriculture graduate and started his career in cooperative and agriculture gathering field experience in these sectors. Due to his scientific temper and rational approach, he succeeded in increasing the productivity of various sugar factories and brought them into the limelight.
Later, he founded the K. K. Wagh Education Society in 1970 and played an instrumental role in shaping this society. Owing to his dedicated efforts, able stewardship and interest in providing students with diverse fields of education like Engineering, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Polytechnics in Senior Colleges and school education (SSC & CBSE schools) the K K Wagh Education Society could establish 9 campuses by 2022.

The college was established in the year 2004 & the 14 year journey has been a story of hard work,
sincere effort toward quality enhancement, quantitative grown & expansion.
During this short span the number of students has increased considerably & characteristically almost
70% of the students have been girl students. Along with there's been growth in infrastructure a large
campus with Gymkhana, Auditorium, a large Playground, well equipped Departments, Science Labs
and experienced a qualified faculty.

The college is well equipped with good infrastructure, classroom, teachers, administrative staff, and library for the students. The atmosphere is really good for student to study and get proper knowledge given by the experience staff members.
