4. 10th Or last year mark sheet Xerox
5. Cast Validity Certificate
6. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
7. Saving Account in Nationalized Bank
8. Passport size photo – 03
9. Gap Certificate (If required)
10. Death Certificate (If parent is no more)
11. 72% attendance compulsory otherwise not eligible for scholarship
